Winter Season
October until May — $1,300 per week

Summer Season
June until September — $1,000 per week
Summer Special for July, August and September — $775 per week

Holidays
Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas
— $1,800 per week
Easter includes the 7 days before and the 7 days after Easter. Thanksgiving is the entire week during which Thanksgiving falls. Christmas is December 20th – January 5th.

Rates include maid and caretaker service
three times a week.
